Reggae Sumfest is pleased to announce its partnership with Appleton Estate for the 2024 staging of the Jamaica Rum Festival. This collaboration will be promoted with the tagline, “Come for the rum, Stay for the Blitz”, under the name Jamaica Rum Festival Blitz.
The addition of JRF to the RSF Calendar of events, will not only show the growth, but highlight Jamaican excellence across the board. Patrons will have the opportunity to enjoy both events throughout the day for a single admission fee. Live performances by renowned Reggae and Dancehall artists will be featured at both events.
From 1 pm to 9 pm, attendees can participate in various activities offered by the Rum Festival. This will be followed by a high-energy lineup of Afro Beats, Dancehall, Reggae, and EDM music until 2 am. The events will feature performances by Walshy Fire of Major Lazer, Franco, Bush1, and Ashile, just to name a few.
