Q - Where Do I Pickup My Ticket(s) After Purchase?

A - Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation receipt and the tickets will not be shipped to you. Tickets are to be collected from our REDEMPTION CENTRE located at Shop #3, St. James Place, located on Gloucester Avenue, popularly referred to as Montego Bay’s Hip Strip.  The Redemption Centre will be open from July 11th – 23rd and operate between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm, Monday – Saturday.

In the event that you are unable to collect the tickets from the Redemption Centre, fear not, arrangements can be made for you to collect them from our WILL CALL BOOTH at the Event.  Simply email us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All are required to present a copy of the Official Confirmation along with VALID Government issued photo identification.
